हिंदू धर्म में कैलाश पर्वत का बहुत महत्व है, क्योंकि यह भगवान शिव का निवास स्थान माना जाता है। लेकिन इसमें सोचने वाली बात ये है कि दुनिया की सबसे ऊंची चोटी माउंट एवरेस्ट को अभी तक 7000 से ज्यादा लोग फतह कर चुके हैं, जिसकी ऊंचाई 8848 मीटर है, लेकिन कैलाश पर्वत पर आज तक कोई नहीं चढ़ पाया, जबकि इसकी ऊंचाई एवरेस्ट से लगभग 2000 मीटर कम यानी 6638 मीटर है। यह अब तक रहस्य ही बना हुआ है।

कैलाश पर्वत पर कभी किसी के नहीं चढ़ पाने के पीछे कई कहानियां प्रचलित हैं। कुछ लोगों का मानना है कि कैलाश पर्वत पर शिव जी निवास करते हैं और इसीलिए कोई जीवित इंसान वहां ऊपर नहीं पहुंच सकता। मरने के बाद या वह जिसने कभी कोई पाप न किया हो, केवल वही कैलाश फतह कर सकता है।ऐसा भी माना जाता है कि कैलाश पर्वत पर थोड़ा सा ऊपर चढ़ते ही व्यक्ति दिशाहीन हो जाता है। चूंकि बिना दिशा के चढ़ाई करना मतलब मौत को दावत देना है, इसीलिए कोई भी इंसान आज तक कैलाश पर्वत पर नहीं चढ़ पाया।

मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, एक पर्वतारोही ने अपनी किताब में लिखा था कि उसने कैलाश पर्वत पर चढ़ने की कोशिश की थी, लेकिन इस पर्वत पर रहना असंभव था, क्योंकि वहां शरीर के बाल और नाखून तेजी से बढ़ने लगते हैं। इसके अलावा कैलाश पर्वत बहुत ही ज्यादा रेडियोएक्टिव भी है। इसके अलावा कहते हैं कि कैलाश पर्वत का स्लोप (कोण) भी 65 डिग्री से ज्यादा है, जबकि माउंट एवरेस्ट में यह 40-60 तक है, जो इसकी चढ़ाई को और मुश्किल बनाता है। ये भी एक वजह है कि पर्वतारोही एवरेस्ट पर तो चढ़ जाते हैं, लेकिन कैलाश पर्वत पर नहीं चढ़ पाते। रूस के एक पर्वतारोही, सरगे सिस्टियाकोव ने बताया कि, 'जब मैं कैलाश पर्वत के बिल्कुल पास पहुंच गया तो मेरा दिल तेजी से धड़कने लगा।

कैलाश मानसरोवर को भगवान शिव का निवास स्थल माना जाता है। कहा जाता है कि इस पर्वत पर भगवान शिव माता पार्वती के साथ विराजमान हैं।जो भी इस पर्वत पर आकर उनके दर्शन कर लेता है उसका जीवन पूरी तरह से सफल हो जाता है। इस पावन स्थल पर हर साल लाखों श्रद्धालु मन में सिर्फ ये आस लिए आते हैं कि शिव के साक्षात दर्शन मात्र से उनके सारे कष्ट मिट जाएंगे।

मानस और सरोवर का संगम है कैलाश पर्वत

भगवान शिव का निवास स्थल ये कैलाश पर्वत खुद की तलहटी में कई राज़ छुपाये है। कैलाश पर्वत से जुड़े कई ऐसे विचित्र रहस्य हैं जिसे आज तक दुनिया का कोई भी इंसान पता नहीं लगा पाया है।

कैलाश पर साक्षात विराजते हैं शिव

कैलाश मानसरोवर का एक और तिलिस्मी रहस्य भी है जिसके बारे में आज तक आप अनजान होंगे। क्या आपको पता है कि शिव के समीप ले जाने वाला ये पर्वत आज तक शिव की सच्चे भक्त की तलाश में है। जी हाँ आपने बिलकुल सही पढ़ा कैलाश मानसरोवर इतिहास रहा है कि कोई भी इंसान आज तक इस पर्वत की चोटी पर नहीं पहुंच पाया है। धार्मिक गुरु ये तक बताते हैं कि जो भी शिव के उस निवास स्थल तक पहुँच जाएगा उसे साक्षात शिव के दर्शन होंगे और वो शिव का सच्चा भक्त कहलायेगा।

 इस पर्वत की कैलाश पर्वत की 4 दिशाओं से 4 नदियों का उद्गम हुआ है- ब्रह्मपुत्र, सिन्धु, सतलज व करनाली। इन नदियों से ही गंगा, सरस्वती सहित चीन की अन्य नदियां भी निकली हैं। कैलाश की चारों दिशाओं में विभिन्न जानवरों के मुख हैं जिसमें से नदियों का उद्गम होता है। पूर्व में अश्वमुख है, पश्चिम में हाथी का मुख है, उत्तर में सिंह का मुख है, दक्षिण में मोर का मुख है।

मैं उस पर्वत के बिल्कुल सामने था, जिस पर आज तक कोई नहीं चढ़ सका, लेकिन अचानक मुझे बहुत कमजोरी महसूस होने लगी और मन में ये ख्याल आने लगा कि मुझे यहां और नहीं रुकना चाहिए। उसके बाद जैसे-जैसे मैं नीचे आते गया, मेरा मन हल्का होता गया।' कैलाश पर्वत पर चढ़ने की आखिरी कोशिश लगभग 18 साल पहले यानी साल 2001 में की गई थी। जब चीन ने स्पेन की एक टीम को कैलाश पर्वत पर चढ़ने की अनुमति दी थी। फिलहाल कैलाश पर्वत की चढ़ाई पर पूरी तरह से रोक लगी हुई है, क्योंकि भारत और तिब्बत समेत दुनियाभर के लोगों का मानना है कि यह पर्वत एक पवित्र स्थान है, इसलिए इस पर किसी को भी चढ़ाई नहीं करने देना चाहिए।  हालांकि कहते हैं कि 92 साल पहले यानी साल 1928 में एक बौद्ध भिक्षु मिलारेपा ही कैलाश पर्वत की तलहटी में जाने और उस पर चढ़ने में सफल रहे थे। वह इस पवित्र और रहस्यमयी पर्वत पर जाकर जिंदा वापस लौटने वाले दुनिया के पहले इंसान थे। इसका उल्लेख पौराणिक साहियों में भी मिलता है

Of course, other teachers might focus on a combination of these two approaches and develop scientific skills and conceptual understanding from in this combination. 1 – Get Rid Of Distractions First

The very first thing that you should start with is minimizing your distractions. Distractions are everywhere they keep you bringing and disturbing on the time. Whether you’re aware or not your life is filled with lots of distractions. You have to overcome with them. When you want to max out every minute of the time just disconnect from Facebook, whats-app, kind of things first.

Get rid of extra stuff that is lying on your table or hanging on your wall. Make a clean and silent environment for your work.

2 – Improve Your Concentration

The second thing I would recommend you to do is improving your concentration. Remember if you have laser targeted concentration, the possibilities of doing more work in less time will be a piece of cake. There are many exercises and routines that you can follow to improve the concentration level.

You can do yoga and meditation to get immense concentrating mind. By this method you can complete the task quite efficiently and effectively.

3 – Be Conscious About Food

You must have been hard that the food you eat you become. If you are consciously taking junk foods and similar things your mind will not going to perform as you like. Cut off all these junk foods and rely on healthy vegetables.

 You can take fresh fruit juice or a hot cup of coffee when you’re going to start your work. Remember, the healthy diet is key to success for your mind. In the long run, you cannot compete with the competition if you’re not getting good food.

4 – Manage Time Efficiently

As we already know that the time is the most precious thing in our life. The time which has gone will never come back again. So when you are investing your time in any work you should also know effective time management. People tend to do mistakes in this area most.

Never work for longer hours continuously. Take some little breaks in between. The break should be not more than 15 minutes. Taking shorter breaks will lead you to better productivity. Also make a schedule of your work and structure it properly.

5 – Meditate Daily

For a healthy body you need good food and for healthy mind you need daily meditation. I have saved the best for the last, and this tip is awesome when compared to any other.

You should do daily meditation. It would take not more than one hour per day. In beginning you can try spending 20 to 30 minutes daily. Later when you feel comfortable, you can extend the time as per your convenience. The meditation is the best practice and it should not be done forcefully. Only a 10 minutes of meditation can transform your mind and makes you productive
